After my weight got seriously out of control, I realized that I needed to focus on doing something a little different with my diet. Instead of simply avoiding some of the foods I had been enjoying all my life, I decided to meet with a nutritionist who could help me to decide how to cook a little healthier at home. After working with her extensively to learn more about different foods, it made choosing my meals a lot easier. I was able to drop a lot of weight, and it was such a relief.
